SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH MUSHROOMS

Scrambled eggs are a great source of protien when you are on the trail or at basecamp...

Ingredients
2 eggs scrambled
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
5 of your favorite mushrooms, chopped

Preparation Instructions
Whisk eggs and add the spices (salt, pepper and dill weed).
Add the mushrooms to the egg mixture.
Pour oil or butter into a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Cook eggs until firm and not runny.

Serves: 1-2
