Best Broccoli Omelet
Broccoli omelets are great starts for any day. How can you go wrong with broccoli and cheese!
1 box of broccoli (8 oz.)
6 eggs
2 tablespoons water
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook your broccoli.
While it is boiling, beat the eggs. Set aside.
Start cooking the eggs in a frying pan, and when it's almost set, stir in the cooked broccoli. Cook until desired firmness.
Spoon in broccoli and spread cheese.
Fold omelet in half and cook until cheese has melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serves: 3-6 people
