Breakfast burritos: Bean and Egg Burritos
breakfast burritos are a great way to start the day. Not only is it a good meal but they are easy to make and your clean up is simple.
1 can of refried beans
Bacon or sausage
1 cup salsa
4 eggs
Flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
Heat your refried beans. While they are heating cook your eggs and fry your bacon or sausage. We have made our eggs like an omelet or scrambled so fix them as you like. When everything is heated warm your tortillas in a pan or on the fire, spoon in your ingredients season to taste and enjoy.
Variation: Add diced ham pieces, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes into your eggs.
